Cradle, a biotech AI software company with three global offices, seeks a Global Account Executive to lead strategic engagements with Europe’s R&D leaders and drive multi‑million-dollar partnerships.

You will own top accounts, work with product, ML, engineering, and customer success, and shape proposals and roadmaps. A life sciences background and strong SaaS sales experience are essential to translate complex science into business value.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in life sciences or equivalent hands-on experience with R&D teams in biotech/pharma.
• 5+ years in B2B sales (ideally SaaS) with a proven quota track record (top 5%).
• Ability to translate highly technical topics into business value for R&D stakeholders and executives.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can write the playbook from scratch.

• Drive global biotech/biopharma business development and close high-value enterprise deals.
• Own strategic accounts, focusing on top 10 pharma players with multi-million-dollar ARR.
• Collaborate with product, ML, engineering, and customer success to shape proposals and projects.
• Provide market feedback to inform product direction and roadmap priorities.
