• Setting and overseeing engagement quality standards across the Enterprise SC-RD org in EMEA.
• Directly managing Enterprise SC-RD individual contributors and developing sales acumen.
• Recruiting, retaining, and designing the org culture for the Enterprise SC-RD team.
• Managing Enterprise engagements with Executive Buyers and key stakeholders on large deals.
• Monitoring deal activity and reallocating resources for successful engagements.
