Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead enterprise IT and client-facing digital platforms from Switzerland. You will own the technology roadmap, align with commercial goals, and partner with business units across Europe and North America.

You will drive AI initiatives, manage vendor ecosystems, and mentor a distributed global team in a lean, fast-moving environment. A strong Microsoft stack background and cross-country collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading technology strategy and execution for internal systems and client-facing products.
Deep experience with Microsoft tech stack: Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365.
Hands-on operational leadership, not just governance.
Strong vendor management, licensing optimization, multi-country budget oversight.

Responsibilities

Oversee global IT operations across multiple countries and time zones.
Manage internal business systems, reporting architecture, and data workflows.
Define roadmaps for client-facing platforms and ensure system connectivity across regions.
Drive AI and automation initiatives to scale operations with lean headcount.
Manage vendor relationships, licensing negotiations, and global MSP arrangements.
Mentor and lead a distributed technology team to high-performance.
