Job summary

Lyceum in Zurich seeks a Founders Associate to support the CTO and lead strategic projects. You will run the CTO office, own initiatives end-to-end, and manage early-stage technical hiring, bridging technology and business.

You will collaborate with engineers and executives, translating technical topics into commercial decisions while helping shape processes to scale the CTO office and partnerships. A strong tech background with business sense is essential.

Qualifications

• Master-level studies or degree in CS or related technical field, OR in business with strong tech understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CTO's priorities and prepare briefing documents and agendas with follow-ups.
• Run first-round engineering interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
• Own critical strategic projects from deep dives to board-level material.
• Translate technical topics into commercial decisions and support pricing/go-to-market questions.
• Build scalable processes for the CTO office and engineering teams.
