Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in software architecture across large-scale projects with modern patterns (microservices, event-driven, hexagonal, clean architecture) and design principles (SOLID, DDD).
• Hands-on AI experience with LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and agentic systems.
• Proven experience with Java Spring Boot or .NET stacks and cloud/container tech (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS).
• Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-team communication.

Aufgaben

• Architect and deliver scalable, secure cloud-native solutions with containerized architectures and CI/CD pipelines, including AI capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end architecture on complex projects from pre-sales to production deployment.
• Define strategic architectural decisions and translate business needs into pragmatic solutions with ADRs and guidelines.
• Actively participate in development (code reviews, POCs, AI pipeline design) to maintain technical consistency.
• Mentor teams, monitor AI tech, and drive best practice improvements.
