UBP - Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva seeks a Fund Operations Specialist to ensure accurate and timely booking of fund transactions across mutual funds, hedge funds, and private equity funds. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics required.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel advanced is a plus.
• Familiarity with fund lifecycle workflows is an asset.
• Swiss residence preferred.

Responsabilités

• Book fund operations including subscriptions, redemptions and switch orders across funds.
• Monitor and follow up on pending trades with custodians and fund administrators; ensure timely booking.
• Perform daily cash and stock reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and resolve breaks.
• Maintain accurate records and escalate operational issues promptly.
