Union Bancaire Privée is seeking an operations professional to manage derivatives transactions, from booking to post-trade actions. You will monitor brokers, record matched orders for private clients and own accounts, and ensure timely confirmations and margin management within a regulatory framework.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in an ops team, a bachelor’s degree, and solid knowledge of listed and OTC derivatives. Fluent French and English are required; Swiss market familiarity is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an operational team (2–5 years).
• Strong knowledge of derivatives products and their features.
• Understanding of clearing rules and margining concepts.
• Bilingual capability: French and English at least B1.

• Booking and recording of derivatives transactions.
• Daily production control and proactive issue tracking.
• Support teammates and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor broker operations and post-trade confirmations.
• Calculate and monitor margins; manage payments and actions.
