UBP - Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva is seeking a skilled professional to join the Client Documentation & Tax Services Department to support data reconciliation activities for Fiscal Reporting.

You will investigate reconciliations between internal data and provider data, drive corrections, and ensure tax statements align with country rules; strong Excel skills and bilingual French/English are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4+ years in banking operations, data quality, reconciliations, or tax services.
• Knowledge of financial instruments (equities, bonds, structured products, listed/OTC derivatives).
• Detail oriented and logic driven; able to spot inconsistencies in positions, transactions, and tax statements.
• Fluency in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Reconciliations: Investigate and close breaks between internal data (positions/transactions) and provider data; identify root causes and implement corrections.
• Data Corrections & QA: Detect patterns across large datasets; propose durable fixes and prevention rules; coordinate updates with IT and the provider; execute non regression tests after changes.
• Tax Statement Readiness: Ensure reconciliations are completed pre production so statements align with country specific tax laws.
• Documentation: Keep review checklists, reconciliation procedures, and team documentation up to date.
