Job summary

FICOBA SA in Geneva is seeking an experienced Securities & Funds Reconciliation Officer to join the Back-Office Operations team on a 12-month temporary assignment with potential extension.

You will reconcile securities and investment funds, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced banking environment. The role requires 2+ years in reconciliation, strong detail orientation, and good English/French language skills.

Qualifications

Temporary assignment – 12 months, with potential extension

For one of our long-standing banking partners in Geneva, we are currently looking for an experienced Securities & Funds Reconciliation Officer to join its Back-Office Operations team.

Working within a team of experienced professionals, you will be responsible for reconciliation activities across securities and investment funds, with a strong focus on investigation, accuracy and follow-up of discrepancies.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Reconciliation of securities and fund positions across various depositaries
• Manual booking of statements not automatically reconciled, particularly for Hedge Funds
• Identification, analysis and investigation of reconciliation breaks
• Monitoring and follow-up of pending securities and fund items
• Management and follow-up of ongoing reconciliation cases
• Follow-up with counterparties and depositaries regarding missing statements

Your profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Securities and/or Funds Reconciliation
• Good understanding of Back-Office banking activities
