Job summary

Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva seeks a Fund Operations Associate to ensure accurate, timely booking of fund transactions across mutual, hedge, and private equity funds. You will monitor trades with custodians and fund administrators, resolve breaks, and maintain proper records in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Fluent in French and English, you will work closely with internal teams to escalate issues and implement controls to mitigate operational risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office; VBA a plus.
• Familiarity with fund lifecycle workflows is an asset.
• Swiss Residence

Responsibilities

• Book fund operations, including subscriptions, redemptions, and switch orders across funds.
• Monitor and follow up on pending trades with custodians and fund administrators.
• Perform daily cash and stock reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and escalate operational issues in a timely manner.
