Job summary

UBP - Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva seeks an Operations Specialist to handle settlement of equities, bonds, structured products and investment funds. You will monitor pending transactions and confirm successful completion with traders and custodians.

This 12-month temporary assignment requires a team player with Swiss residence, proficiency in MS Office and banking software, and knowledge of Swift, Omgeo, and Euclid.

Qualifications

• CFC bank or equivalent
• Ability to work within a team
• MS Office / banking software / Swift
• Knowledge of Omgeo and Euclid is a plus
• French/English

Responsibilities

• Settlement of equities, bonds, structured products and investment funds transactions
• Monitoring of pending transactions
• Control and monitoring positions
• Contact with traders, custodians and counterparties
• Respect the process and its implementation in relation to operational requirements and volumes as directed by the bank
