Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Italian and French (C1+); English or German a plus.
• Minimum 1 year in customer support or digital marketing.
• Interest in fintech or digital services; strong communication skills.

• Handle inbound customer service (phone and email) professionally.
• Support Digital Marketing Manager operationally.
• Manage and update social media channels.
