MoneySwapp is seeking a dynamic Sales, Marketing & Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Chiasso, on-site only. The role focuses on the French market, delivering excellent service and supporting marketing initiatives.

You will handle inbound customer inquiries, onboard new clients, manage social channels, and assist the Digital Marketing Manager with campaigns. A fintech/finance passion and strong communication are essential.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and French (C1+); English or German a plus.
• Minimum 1 year in customer support or digital marketing.
• Interest in fintech or digital services; strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound customer service (phone and email) professionally.
• Support Digital Marketing Manager operationally.
• Manage and update social media channels.
• Onboard new clients.
• Handle identification and regulatory compliance procedures (KYC / AML).

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales, Marketing & Customer Support Assistant , with a focus on the French market.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer service (phone and email) in a professional and efficient manner


• Provide operational support to the Digital Marketing Manager


• Manage and update the company’s social media channels


• Onboard new clients


• Execute identification and regulatory compliance procedures (KYC / Anti-Money Laundering)

Requirements

• Excellent command of Italian and French (spoken and written) – C1 level or higher


• Good knowledge of English and/or German (a plus)


• At least 1 year of experience in:
  
  
  
  • customer support (preferably in fintech or digital services)

• Digital marketing skills and familiarity with AI tools


• Strong interest in the financial sector


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CRM software

• Experience with digital marketing platforms


• Knowledge of German

Work Location

Chiasso (Switzerland) – on-site position only (no remote working)
