Job summary

Nestlé in Wangen Factory invites an experienced Human Resources Manager for a 10‑month temporary assignment. Location: Wangen bei Olten, Switzerland. Work model: hybrid, 50–90% with on‑site presence at least one full day.

You will shape and deliver the people strategy to enable factory performance, growth and a safe, engaging workplace. Collaborating with the Factory Manager, the management team, line managers and HR specialists, you’ll own initiatives and deliver meaningful results at scale.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and very good English; French is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and employee relations.
• Ability to translate factory priorities into practical people solutions.
• Experience in coaching leaders and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people strategy and workforce plan for the factory.
• Shape an agile organisation and guide transitions to maintain performance and continuity.
• Drive performance, talent development and wellbeing while upholding safety and environmental standards.
• Build trusted relationships with employees and their representatives to foster engagement.
• Coach leaders to strengthen people management and team effectiveness across the factory.
• Improve people processes, learning systems and wellbeing initiatives.
