Job summary

ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse is seeking an HR Business Partner (80-100%) on site in Grenchen to support leaders and employees throughout the HR lifecycle.

You will advise, plan personnel development, manage recruitment and internal mobility, and participate in HR projects while ensuring Swiss labor law compliance. Fluent German or French with the other language is required, and SAP + Microsoft 365 proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in HRM or equivalent with 2+ years in a similar role.
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law.
• Excellent communication in German or French, with the other language proficient.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders and employees on HR topics across the HR lifecycle.
• Spar with leadership on personnel planning and development.
• guide recruitment processes and manage internal mobility with leaders.
• Support long-term absences and reintegration of employees.
• Participate in HR projects and help develop and optimise HR processes.
• Deliver HR events and training.
