Job summary

Nestlé SA in Wangen bei Olten, Switzerland, is seeking an HR Manager to shape and deliver the people strategy for the Wangen Factory (approx. 100 employees).

The role requires close collaboration with the Factory Manager, leadership teams, line managers and HR specialists to enable the factory to perform, grow and operate safely and with engagement. • Fluent German with strong English; French an advantage.

Work model: From 50% to 90%, Hybrid, with on-site presence adjusted according to the agreed work rate - at least one full day.
Contract type / duration: Temporary: 10 months - from December 2026 to September 2027.

As a Human Resources Manager at our Wangen Factory (approx. 100 employees), your mission is to shape and deliver the people strategy that enables the factory to perform, grow and create a safe, engaging workplace. You-ll make a difference by collaborating closely with the Factory Manager, the management team, line managers, employees and specialist teams.
