Job summary

Nestlé in Wangen Factory invites an experienced Human Resources Manager for a 10‑month temporary assignment. Location: Wangen bei Olten, Switzerland. Work model: hybrid, 50–90% with on‑site presence at least one full day.

You will shape and deliver the people strategy to enable factory performance, growth and a safe, engaging workplace. Collaborating with the Factory Manager, the management team, line managers and HR specialists, you’ll own initiatives and deliver meaningful results at scale.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and very good English; French is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and employee relations.
• Ability to translate factory priorities into practical people solutions.
• Experience in coaching leaders and driving organizational change.

• Lead the people strategy and workforce plan for the factory.
• Shape an agile organisation and guide transitions to maintain performance and continuity.

As a Human Resources Manager at our Wangen Factory (approx. 100 employees), your mission is to shape and deliver the people strategy that enables the factory to perform, grow and create a safe, engaging workplace. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with the Factory Manager, the management team, line managers, employees and specialist teams. • Communicating fluently in German and with very good spoken and written English; French is an advantage.

• Using coaching, talent development and change management skills to enable leaders and teams to perform at their best.
