Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Wangen Factory invites a Human Resources Manager to shape and deliver the people strategy for a ~100-employee site.

This temporary 10-month assignment requires close collaboration with the Factory Manager, management team, line managers and HR specialists to enable safe, engaging operations. The role focuses on leading workforce planning, agile organisation design, performance development and strong employee relations, with fluency in German and high-level English, plus Swiss

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Swiss employment law.
• Experience in employee relations.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders across the factory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people strategy and workforce plan to attract, develop and retain talent for the factory.
• Shape an agile organisation and guide transitions that strengthen performance and continuity.
• Drive performance, talent and development practices translating priorities into actions.
• Build trusted relationships with employees and their representatives to foster engagement and inclusion.
• Coach leaders to strengthen people management and team effectiveness.
• Improve people processes, learning systems and wellbeing initiatives while reinforcing safety and quality.
