Jobgether seeks a Customer Success Specialist for an evening schedule based in Switzerland to support Bronze VIP users in a fully remote, international team. You will deliver personalized help, build strong customer relationships, and promote platform activities while aligning with retention goals.

You will engage with customers via email and phone, collect feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction and encourage progression to higher VIP levels.

Formación

• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Experience in customer success or support.
• Comfort with remote collaboration in an international team.
• Interest in iGaming is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings and adapt to Kyiv time.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized support to Bronze VIP users.
• Respond to requests from Retention team.
• Promote platform activities and campaigns.
• Conduct interviews to collect feedback.
• Resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
• Aim to convert Bronze VIP to higher levels.
• Assist with verifications.
• Meet KPIs and maintain service standards.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date on products.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Maintain Monday–Friday evening schedule.
