Jobgether is seeking a German-speaking Customer Success Manager for a fully remote role based in Switzerland. You will support Bronze VIP users, drive engagement, and uncover opportunities to upgrade customers to higher VIP tiers in an international environment.

You will collaborate with the retention team, promote campaigns, and maintain knowledge of products and features to ensure high customer satisfaction. Prior iGaming familiarity is a plus.

Qualificações

• Fluency in German, written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Experience handling objections and communicating product value.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, personalized customer support to Bronze VIP users.
• Collaborate with Retention to boost engagement and loyalty initiatives.
• Promote platform activities and campaigns to users.
• Interview Bronze VIP users to collect feedback and suggest improvements.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade Bronze VIP users to higher tiers.
• Handle objections professionally and convey product value.
• Assist customers with verification when needed.
• Aim for defined KPIs and personal performance targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and features.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth customer interactions.
