Job summary

Jobgether, a partner company, seeks an Onboarding & Member Success Coach based in Switzerland. This freelance, fully remote role guides employees of corporate clients through onboarding sessions, introducing training opportunities and platform features to maximize learning potential.

You will tailor guidance, follow up proactively, and encourage engagement to ensure a positive first experience. Strong communication and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain information clearly and build relationships.
• Customer-oriented mindset and genuine interest in helping people access learning opportunities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to take initiative and follow through on tasks.
• Comfort using digital platforms, online tools, and communication software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct short, personalized onboarding sessions with new members to introduce the platform and learning opportunities.
• Guide users through features and help identify relevant training courses based on interests and goals.
• Encourage engagement by motivating users to explore resources and book first training sessions.
• Serve as the primary onboarding contact, providing timely guidance and support.
• Identify common questions and onboarding challenges, sharing feedback to improve the experience.
