Jobgether is seeking a Customer Success Lead based in Switzerland to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for a digital platform serving recycled materials and commodities trading. You will lead a small CS team, manage strategic accounts, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and leadership to translate customer needs into measurable business outcomes.

• Lead, coach, and develop a small Customer Success team.
• Own overall health, retention, and expansion of the customer portfolio.
• Manage the most important and complex customer relationships; ensure renewal and expansion.
• Oversee onboarding, data migration, implementation planning, go-live.
• Develop and improve onboarding, health monitoring, quarterly business reviews, renewals.
• Represent customer needs to Product and Engineering with feedback.
• Influence product priorities based on customer insights and business impact.
• Collaborate with Sales on pre-sales scoping and handovers; non-quota leadership.
• Build cross-functional relationships to deliver consistent customer experience.
• Understand customer economics: margins, logistics costs, price risk; tie to value.
• Introduce scalable processes and performance standards.
• Share best practices with Customer Success teams across the organization.
