Job summary

Jaeger-LeCoultre is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead regional demand planning, inventory strategies, and reporting across markets. You will partner with commercial, finance, and marketing to ensure forecasts align with budget and launch plans, optimizing stock levels and service levels.

Reporting to the Head of Demand & Distribution Planning, you will drive continuous improvement, manage complex projects, and influence cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the regional sales forecast process and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, and marketing to align with budgets and launch plans.
• Define and implement inventory and replenishment strategies across the network.
