Jaeger-LeCoultre, based in the Vallée de Joux, seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to define and implement regional stock strategies. You will partner with Markets, HQ, Commercial, and Marketing to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance, supporting luxury timepiece operations with precision and strategic insight.

Ideal candidates have proven supply chain leadership, strong analytical abilities, SAP experience, and fluency in English, with another European language desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project leadership abilities.
• SAP knowledge is a plus and fluency in English; another European language is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Define, fine-tune, and implement regional stock strategy.
• Manage sales forecast and collaborate with commercial, finance, and marketing teams.
• Oversee inventory management, assortment, and auto-replenishment strategies.
• Lead reporting, analysis, and BI for the region and drive improvement projects.
