Job summary

Richemont is seeking a regional Stock & Demand Planning lead to define and implement the stock strategy across markets. You will partner with Markets, HQ, Commercial, and Marketing to ensure accurate forecasts and efficient inventory deployment.

The role emphasizes strong analytics, project leadership, and collaboration across teams to drive performance and reduce stockouts. Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control, and planning systems.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain or equivalent.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to lead complex projects and influence stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the regional sales forecast process in coordination with Markets, HQ, Commercial, and Marketing.
• Deploy assortment and auto-replenishment strategy across the network.
• Lead sales and stock reporting, analysis, and regional BI initiatives.
• Lead strategic projects to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
