Job summary

Breitling in Grenchen, Switzerland, is seeking a Supply Planner (m/f/x) to own inventory projections and stock landing management, ensuring timely purchasing releases to support supply continuity.

You will drive S&OP processes, balance demand with capacity, and collaborate across Demand Planning, Operations, Procurement and Finance. A Master’s degree and 5+ years in production planning are preferred, with SAP IBP and advanced Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in Production Planning or similar in manufacturing.
• Strong SAP IBP and MRP knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Own supply planning for watches across a 24-month horizon.
• Translate strategic demand into feasible supply scenarios and production strategies.
• Ensure alignment between demand, supply, inventory and capacity across the end-to-end value chain.
• Lead the Supply Review process and prepare recommendations for S&OP decisions.
• Consolidate supply plans, capacity assessments, and risk analyses.
• Collaborate across Demand Planning, Operations, Procurement and Finance.
