You will collaborate with Regions and Markets to align global actions with local execution.

The role requires luxury retail experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and dashboard tools. English fluent; French is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years’ experience in luxury retail, business development, strategic planning or retail performance.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to deliver results with deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Looker or Google dashboards.
• Experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• English fluency; French or another language is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct in-depth sales performance analysis by cluster, boutique, product category and client segment.
• Own and track core retail KPIs like traffic and conversion for leadership.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and monthly Retail Cockpit updates.
• Coordinate between Markets and Regions on annual boutique plan.
• Plan roll-out of new retail tools and ensure staff training.
• Partner with departments to collect feedback and support evolution.
• Work across topics related to retail excellence and mystery shopping insights.
