Nord Anglia Education seeks a Regional People & Culture Director, Europe to unify talent, culture and the HR agenda for our European schools. You will partner with the Regional Managing Director, Operations Director and Group CPO, advising Principals and building strong teams and healthy school cultures.

You will lead talent strategy, workforce planning, and recruitment, while ensuring engagement and compliance across jurisdictions.

Formación

• Senior HR leadership across several countries, ideally Europe.
• Track record in talent strategy: succession planning and leadership development.
• Strong knowledge of European employment law and complex employee relations.
• Experience leading culture and engagement change with measurable impact.
• Credible adviser to senior leaders in a matrix organisation.
• Data-informed decision making with commercial judgement.
• A relevant degree and CIPD Level 7 or equivalent HR qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Shape regional people and culture strategy and workforce plan for Europe.
• Coordinate recruitment, development, internal mobility, succession and retention.
• Lead annual talent reviews and build leadership pipelines.
• Coach Principals on teams, development and people decisions.
• Drive engagement, wellbeing and belonging initiatives.
• Ensure fair, compliant practices across European jurisdictions, including EU pay transparency readiness.
• Oversee growth-related people aspects for new schools, acquisitions and integrations.
• Develop HR capability across schools using SuccessFactors and data.
