For a rapidly growing global biopharmaceutical organization, we are looking for an experienced Culture, Engagement & Learning Lead –Europe to shape and deliver the employee and manager experience across the European organization.

This is a highly visible role combining strategic HR partnership with hands-on program delivery. You will act as the key Culture, Engagement & Learning partner for Europe, working closely with European leadership, HR Business Partners, People Operations and global teams.

The position is ideal for someone who enjoys building and scaling people programs while remaining close to employees and managers –from personally delivering onboarding and manager development programs to supporting engagement, talent and performance initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Culture, Engagement & Learning (CEL) partner for Europe, partnering with employees, managers, HR teams and senior leadership.
• Translate global people and culture programs into effective European initiatives, ensuring global consistency while adapting them to regional needs.
• Lead and continuously improve the European onboarding experience, including Day 1 orientation and new-hire integration.
• Deliver and facilitate manager development programs, learning sessions and employee development initiatives.
• Partner with HR and leadership on employee engagement surveys, translating feedback and data into concrete actions.
• Support the execution of talent and performance processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent reviews and promotion processes.
• Identify emerging organizational, employee and manager development needs and develop appropriate solutions together with global teams.
• Ensure company values and culture are embedded throughout onboarding, learning, manager development and other key employee experiences.
• Act as a European partner for HR systems and tools, particularly Workday, across onboarding, learning, talent and performance.
• Continuously improve and scale processes and programs to support a growing European organization.
• Provide European insights and feedback to global teams to help shape and improve future programs.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally across Culture & Engagement, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development or related areas.
• Experience working within a global and growing organization, with the ability to adapt global programs to regional requirements.
• Broad experience across areas such as employee experience, onboarding, manager development, learning, engagement, talent and performance management.
• Strong track record of partnering with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and cross-functional HR teams.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on–you enjoy developing concepts as well as personally delivering programs.
• Strong program management and continuous-improvement mindset.
• Ability to use employee feedback, engagement data and business insights to identify needs and improve programs.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Workday, particularly onboarding, talent, performance and/or learning modules.
• Experience with Workday Peakon or comparable employee engagement platforms.
• Experience scaling HR and people programs in a growth-stage international organization.
• Experience supporting performance management, talent reviews, goal-setting and promotion processes.
• Experience working with recognition and rewards platforms or external vendors.
