Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a Region HR Business Partner for EMEA S&M to translate business priorities into practical people actions. You will steer people and organizational projects, engage local HR partners, and ensure strategic HR execution across the region.

Qualifications

Around 10 years of HR experience in an international environment.
Proven experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
Strong experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Experience implementing and improving HR processes.
Experience delivering capability-building programs for commercial teams.
Strong ability to use people data and market insights.
Comfortable using digital and AI-enabled tools to drive HR execution.

Responsibilities

Translate business priorities into practical HR actions and ensure alignment with global strategy.
Support organizational and talent projects for the assigned business scope.
Identify skill gaps and support targeted learning and development resources.
Coordinate with local HR partners to execute regional HR strategies.
Ensure right talent presence through workforce discussions and succession planning.
Provide input on business needs and metrics to drive efficiency and retention.
Collaborate with Compensation & Reward CoEs for appropriate reward decisions.
Ensure HR processes align with standards and global principles.
