Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or related field.
• Professional payroll qualification is preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience in Europe.
• Experience managing outsourced payroll providers across several European jurisdictions.

Aufgaben

• Lead European payroll operating model across multiple countries and entities.
• Serve as regional payroll expert for HR, Finance, Legal, Tax and business leaders.
• Translate global strategy into regional plans, processes and service standards.
• Establish performance metrics, governance routines and escalation paths.
• Lead a regional payroll service hub with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing including gross-to-net validation and year-end activities.
• Manage relationships with payroll vendors and monitor service levels.
• Partner with HR Operations to ensure clean data flows into payroll systems.
• Coordinate payroll calendars and critical cut-off dates across countries.
