Job summary

GRC Global River Cruises GmbH seeks a Senior Manager People Attraction to lead a small, international team and shape our recruitment strategy across Europe. You will partner with fleet managers and departments to understand future talent needs and deliver end-to-end recruitment with a focus on quality and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or comparable qualification in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Several years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or employer branding.
• Experience leading and developing a team with measurable results.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or for high-volume environments is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the People Attraction team and set objectives.
• Drive workforce planning and recruitment delivery with department leaders and operational teams.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle and build talent pipelines.
• Shape candidate experience and employer brand across channels.
• Manage recruitment budgets and measure KPIs with data insights.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and tools.
