Job summary

Squarepoint Capital in Geneva is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support the EMEA region from our Geneva office, reporting to the EMEA CHRO. You will partner with senior leadership and the global HR team.

Responsibilities include leading HR operations across regions, advising leaders on employee relations, overseeing payroll coordination with the global payroll team, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least eight years of HR experience, preferably in financial services.
• Experience with employment law in France and at least one other scope country.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong prioritization and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Willing to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations across regions and ensure compliance with local legal requirements.
• Address employee relations issues with leaders and provide coaching.
• Oversee payroll process in collaboration with the global payroll team.
• Collaborate with the global HR team on transformation projects and policy updates.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Monitor immigration matters with the third-party firm and track status.
• Manage a two-person HR team (Generalist and Specialist).
