Qualifikationen

• Degree in Law, Communications, Arts, Political Science, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Communications.
• Proven leadership, influence and team mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, including storytelling and policy translation for lay audiences.
• Pharma- or Biotech internal communications experience.
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools for communications workflows.

Aufgaben

• Shape a regional narrative for Europe that connects country teams to the corporate strategy.
• Advise regional and country leaders on messaging, tone, timing and channels; draft leadership communications.
• Define channels, governance, and editorial calendars for Europe; provide templates and guidance.
• Partner with Commercial, HR, Legal, Supply Chain, Corporate Affairs, Market Access and IT to align communications.
• Develop change communications and practical materials to explain what is changing and why it matters.
