• Experience in global growth organizations and regional adaptation.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead as CEL partner for Europe and translate programs regionally.
• Develop onboarding, manager development, and engagement programs.
• Partner with leadership on engagement surveys and talent/processes.
• Support HR systems like Workday across onboarding, learning and performance.
• Continuously improve processes for a growing European organization.
• Provide European insights to global teams.
