Job summary

- Several years of experience in B2B commercial, channel or partner management.
- Experience managing external business partners and indirect sales channels.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive profitability.
- Fluent English; other languages a plus.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for distributors in Austria, Switzerland and nearby regions.
- Build long-term partner relationships and conduct regular joint business reviews.
- Monitor performance against targets and implement growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service.
- Support go-to-market strategies and market development in Switzerland.
