You will oversee three Category Managers and guide cluster strategy with cross-functional teams. In this senior role, you will optimize route-to-market, negotiate with distributors, and ensure strong execution, insights-driven planning and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in category management, sales and market leadership within a leading FMCG environment.
• Strong capability to manage distributors, go-to-market models and P&L performance.
• Proven leadership in multifunctional, multicultural, matrix settings.

Responsibilities

• Own annual net sales, gross margin and sustainable growth for Switzerland & Austria.
• Lead distributor Joint Business Plans, targets, performance management, negotiations and contracts.
• Set and deploy core sales fundamentals: channel strategy, assortment, pricing, promotions and Perfect Store execution.
