fenaco is seeking a Specialist IT Support professional to ensure ERP and connected interfaces run reliably. You will be the 1st/2nd level contact, analyze faults, and collaborate with internal and external ICT partners to maintain operations across ERP, integration platforms, and business processes.

Responsibilities include ticket handling, fault resolution, monitoring logs, and documenting solutions. A technical qualification and strong communication are essential for this permanent role in

Qualifikationen

• Training or further education in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Experience in 1st and/or 2nd-level ICT support.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Interest in interfaces (APIs, web services, XML) and system integration.

Aufgaben

• Handle 1st & 2nd-level tickets related to ERP, applications, and interfaces.
• Analyse faults and develop workarounds.
• Monitor and analyse errors and logs in ERP, integration, and messaging processes.
• Investigate data flows between ERP and connected systems.
• Support with EDI processes and communicate with business partners.
• Coordinate escalation of complex issues to external ICT partners.
• Document solutions and recurring problems; build a knowledge base.
• Participate in ERP projects, changes, and optimisations.
