The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, working directly with users, and contributing to continuous system improvements. You will handle tickets, assist with testing, releases, upgrades, and collaborate with IT teams and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
• Previous experience in an IFS support role.
• Good understanding of ERP processes and functionality.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide L1/L2 application support to IFS users.
• Investigate and resolve functional and system-related issues.
• Manage support tickets and incidents through to resolution.
• Work directly with business users to understand requirements.
• Support testing, releases, upgrades and system enhancements.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
• Work with internal IT teams, developers and external IFS partners.
