fenaco is seeking a Specialist IT Support professional to ensure ERP and connected interfaces run reliably. You will be the 1st/2nd level contact, analyze faults, and collaborate with internal and external ICT partners to maintain operations across ERP, integration platforms, and business processes.

You ensure that our ERP system and the connected interfaces function reliably in everyday operations. As the central point of contact in 1st & 2nd level support, you analyse faults, identify their causes, and ensure operations together with our internal and external ICT partners. In doing so, you work at the interface between business, ERP, integration platforms, and external ICT service providers.

• Analysis and resolution of faults as well as development of workarounds
• Monitoring and analysing errors and logs in ERP, integration, and messaging processes
• Investigation of data flows between ERP and connected systems

• Coordination and targeted escalation of complex technical issues to external ICT partners
• Documentation of solutions, error patterns, and recurring problems
• Building and maintaining a knowledge base for 1st-level support
• Participation in ERP projects, changes, and optimisations
