Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage strategic relationships with enterprise clients in Switzerland. The role encompasses coordinating project teams, delivering trainings and deployments, and ensuring customer success across the lifecycle.

You will work with support, sales engineering and product teams to address issues and maximize value. Fluency in English and German is required, with a degree in CS/IT.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or IT-related field.
• Experience collaborating with customers at all levels.
• Project and program management experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise software is a plus.
• Willingness to visit enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations and coordinate project teams.
• Deliver trainings, product demonstrations, deployments, or troubleshooting sessions.
• Collaborate with support, sales engineering and project management teams to resolve issues.
• Champion the voice of the customer and connect feedback to Product & Marketing.
• Develop customer champions and drive adoption across organizations.
