Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare preferred.
• 3–5 years of clinical development experience in pharma or a CRO setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Clinical Development Team (CDT) and drive CDP development and maintenance.
• Oversee clinical and scientific aspects across programs, ensuring GCP/ICH compliance.
• Represent Clinical Development on cross‑functional teams and in regulatory interactions.
