Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a Global Clinical Program Leader (GCPL) to design and execute the clinical strategy, oversee the Clinical Development Team, and ensure CDP timeliness while complying with GCP and ICH. The role includes medical monitoring oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to regulatory submissions.

The GCPL leads scientific strategy for assigned programs, drives decision making, and represents Clinical Development in PST and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences (MD/PhD/PharmD).
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical development experience.
• Experience with study data review/evaluation in pharma/clinical studies.

Responsibilities

• Provides CDT leadership as the lead scientific expert for the clinical program.
• Ensures timely development and maintenance of the Clinical Development Plan (CDP).
• Leads integration of internal and external expert contributions to strategy and design.
• Maintains alignment with GCP and ICH regulations across programs.
• Reviews data and supports regulatory interactions (INDs/NDAs etc.).
