Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Global Clinical Program Leader (GCPL) to design and execute the clinical strategy in support of medicine development, aligned with PSD and TPP. You will provide clinical oversight across studies and lead the Clinical Development Team in a matrix environment, ensuring high scientific and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences/healthcare (MD/PhD/PharmD) expected.
• MD - Board Certified (or non-USA equivalent) preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical development experience including study data review/evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the cross-functional CDT as the lead scientific expert for the clinical program.
• Develop and maintain the Clinical Development Plan (CDP) in alignment with PST and TALT.
• Lead integration of internal and external expert contributions to strategy and design of the assigned clinical programs.
• Drive decision making within the CDT and ensure CSL Behring process alignment (GCP/ICH).
• Lead or contribute to key study documents (TPP, PSD, CDP, CSPs, ICFs, CSR) and regulatory submissions.
• Prepare regulatory interaction packages (briefing books, INDs/NDAs, RFIs) and publications as appropriate.
