Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Global Clinical Program Leader (GCPL) to design and drive the clinical strategy for a medicine, aligned with PSD and TPP. The GCPL leads the Clinical Development Team, ensuring timely CDP development and program execution in a matrix environment, while maintaining GCP/ICH compliance and high scientific standards.

The role includes medical monitoring, cross-functional engagement, and leadership in document authorship for CDP, PSD, CSP, and CSR.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD/PhD/PharmD) in life science/healthcare.
• MD - Board Certified (or non-USA equivalent) in relevant field is preferred.
• Extensive clinical development industry experience with regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Development Team (CDT) in a matrix environment.
• Oversee development and execution of the Clinical Development Plan (CDP).
• Ensure alignment with GCP/ICH regulations and CSL Behring processes.
• Act as medical monitor or oversight for assigned trials and teams.
• Contribute to CDP, PSD, CSPs, IBs, CSR, and other key study documents.
