Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/PhD or PharmD in life sciences
• MD – Board Certified in relevant field preferred
• Extensive clinical development pharma/biotech experience with regulatory knowledge
• 3+ years in clinical development including study data review/evaluation
• Demonstrated program leadership in a matrix environment
• Strong stakeholder management and risk mitigation skills
• Proficient in project management terminology to drive risk mitigation
• Proven analytical thinking and medical writing skills
• Proven ability to analyze clinical data and interpret results
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical representative on due diligence teams with CDPs, slides, and KOL input
• Develop high-level target product profiles for pre-clinical assets
• Develop CDPs and present at Stage Gate meetings
• Provide CDT leadership and ensure representation in team discussions
• Maintain CDP alignment with PST and TALT
• Lead integration of internal/external inputs to strategy and design
• Coordinate alignment across stakeholders before key decision forums
• Ensure program adherence to CSL Behring processes and GCP/ICH
• Drive decision making and contingency planning within CDT
• Oversee clinical content for CDT deliverables and safety oversight
• Present results to Safety Monitoring Committee and internal/external meetings
• May participate in due diligence for external innovation
