CSL Behring is seeking a Global Clinical Program Leader (GCPL) to design and execute clinical strategy, lead the Clinical Development Team (CDT), and ensure alignment with GCP/ICH regulations. You will oversee study design, document preparation, and cross-functional delivery across program milestones.

The role demands advanced clinical development expertise, strong leadership, and effective collaboration with regulatory, safety, and data teams to drive programs forward in a matrix environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Clinical Development Team (CDT) and ensure timely CDP delivery.
• Provide clinical oversight and medical monitoring for trials and regulatory deliverables.
• Represent clinical development on cross-functional teams and strategic forums.
• Develop and maintain medical monitoring strategy and contribute to due diligence where needed.
• Contribute as author or lead author for key study documents and regulatory submissions.
