Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking two Medical Directors, Global Clinical Program Lead positions in immunology and immunoglobulin. The role is hybrid, based in the US at Waltham, MA, with leadership of the Clinical Development Team (CDT) and oversight of CDP strategy and execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams, liaise with regulatory and safety bodies, and drive scientific excellence across assigned programs. A medical/PhD/PharmD with clinical development experience is required.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD required
• MD - Board Certified (or non-USA equivalent) in relevant field preferred
• Extensive clinical development pharmaceutical/bi biotechnology industry experience with working knowledge of regulatory development processes
• 3+ years of relevant clinical development experience including study data review/evaluation
• Demonstrated program leadership capabilities in a matrix environment
• Proven analytical thinking and scientific/medical writing skills

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and guidance to all members of the cross-functional CDT.
• Accountable for the development and maintenance of the Clinical Development Plan (CDP).
• Leads integration of internal and external expert contributions to strategy and design of the assigned clinical program(s).
• Ensures alignment across stakeholders prior to key decision making forums.
• Ensures the program aligns with CSL Behring processes and GCP/ICH regulations.
• Drives decision making and contingency planning within the CDT.
• Delivers high-quality clinical content for CDT deliverables and regulatory packages.
• Serves as the clinical development representative on cross-functional teams.
