CSL Behring in Glattbrugg, Switzerland is seeking a senior clinical development professional to provide scientific input to development strategies and program execution. You will shape the scientific strategy across multiple program components and author critical trial-related documents.

This onsite role requires 8+ years in biotech/pharma, 5+ years managing projects, and deep knowledge of drug development, CMC, non-clinical, clinical and regulatory affairs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science, Allied Health or Engineering.
• 8+ years experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years managing projects.
• In-depth knowledge in the drug development and manufacturing processes for pharmaceuticals (CMC, non-clinical, clinical, Regulatory Affairs).

Aufgaben

• Provide scientific input to clinical development strategies and therapeutic areas.
• Contribute to the development of the scientific strategy of the clinical development plan.
• Lead the development of Clinical Development Program and author clinical study documents.
• Mentor project teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
