Job summary

Advanced degree holders with 3–5 years in clinical development will drive medical monitoring and strategy in multinational trials within CSL Behring's breadth of therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences.
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical development experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Clinical Development Team (CDT) and ensure timely CDP execution.
• Oversee clinical development plans and cross-functional collaboration with PST/TALT.
• Serve as medical monitor or oversight for trials and contribute to regulatory documents.
